Taste of Fall

It was still in the upper 90s today, but it's the first of September! September people!! Fall is just around the corner, ok maybe not my corner, but somewhere it is- and that is worth celebrating! We had a very busy weekend with the girls party and are just now recovering from the extra activity at our house. We are pretty low key people, so prep and execution of project birthday 1 & 3 wiped us out! I hope to have my post on the girls party later this week!

It was actually a little cooler out tonight, so we sat and sweat, enjoyed dinner on the patio with lots of pretend playing going on. Elle's highlight of the evening was me pulling her around on the chalkboard, wish I would have gotten a picture, if I could speak for Wren I'm sure she would say aside from tasting the chalk, she really enjoyed marking on the house with it! It definitely got me excited for all the fun we will have out there once fall actually makes it way to us!
